Pengiran Hajah Siti Rahmah binti Pengiran Haji Mohammad was appointed the Assistant Solicitor General in September 2022. She oversees the Communications and Strategy Division and the International Affairs Division. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the City University, London, in 1994, and was subsequently qualified as a Barrister-at-Law at Lincoln’s Inn, London, in 1995.

She joined the Attorney General’s Chambers in November 1995 as a Counsel. She was one of the founding members of the Legislative Drafting Division on its inception in 1998 and became Head of the Legislative Drafting Division in 2012 and Head of Legislative Drafting and Research Division in 2016.

Between February 2021 and April 2024, Pengiran Hajah Siti Rahmah became the Head of the Communications and Strategy Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers, and held the post of Deputy Registrar of Marriages and carried out the powers and duties of the Registrar of Powers of Attorney.

She is a member of the ASEAN Law Association National Committee for Brunei Darussalam and a member of the Board of Directors of Badan Tanmiah Majlis Ugama Islam.
