The Brunei Intellectual Property Office (BruIPO) is responsible for the administration, protection, and promotion of intellectual property (IP) in Brunei Darussalam. BruIPO is committed to supporting innovation, creativity, and sustainable economic growth by providing an effective IP system that protects and promotes the creation, management, and commercialisation of intellectual property assets.
BruIPO administers the registration of Trademarks, Patents and Industrial Designs and implements a wide range of IP awareness, education and outreach programmes to foster greater understanding and appreciation of intellectual property among businesses, creators, innovators, students and the public.
